ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Please, make a full length documentary about Betty's life!!!
I'd love to make Betty a casserole from the "freezes beautifully" section of my Betty Crocker cook book to show my appreciation. She is a wonderful role model for today's modern christian woman.

Dear Betty,
There, there, Betty cheer up. Things will get better. You’ve made a courageous and important first step by leaving your abusive ex-husband. Give yourself credit!
Have you considered saying self-affirmations out loud to boost your self-esteem? I went to codependents anonymous for several years and each every meeting began with self-affirmations. It really seemed to help. I am afraid that all the negative things you say to yourself may one day lodge permanently in your subconscious!
You have a lot of people that love and support you. I am glad you were able to let your hair down and have fun singing along to the East German National Anthem. It really shows that you have a full range of human emotions, not just the negative ones. I am sure that the amount of time you are feeling good will increase, and your depressed and down times will decrease. I am rooting for you!
If ever you need a shoulder to cry on, I am here for you!
Yours truly (a fan),
Vincent
